Recipe Name Oatmeal Biscuits

Ingredients 720g oatmeal
200g flour
3 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
4 tbs castor sugar
260g butter
400ml milk
Preparation Place all dry ingredients and butter in a mixer and pulse until well blended.

Add the milk and mix for 2 - 3 minutes

Remove and roll out on lightly bench to 2 mm thickness

Cut as required

Place on lightly buttered and floured trays

Bake at 180C for approximately 15 minutes
