Recipe Name Marshmallow Peanut Pizza

Ingredients 14 oz plain flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 oz butter, softened
4 oz granulated suga
4 oz light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
10 oz coarsly chopped pink and/or white marshmallows
8 oz semisweet chopped chocolate chips
4 oz roasted peanuts
Preparation Preheat the oven to 375°F

Set out a 12-inch pizza pan

Beat the butter and granulated and brown sugars in a large bowl with an electric mixer at high speed, until creamy

Add the vanilla and egg, beating until just blended

Mix in the dry ingredients.

Spread the dough in the pan Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until just golden

Cool completely in the pan

Sprinkle with the marshmallows, chocolate chips, and peanuts

Bake for 5 minutes more, or until the marshmallows are toasted

Cut into wedges
