Recipe Name Cornish Biscuits

Ingredients 4 cups plain flour
1 cup caster/superfine sugar
1 cup butter
a little milk
Preparation Rub the butter into the flour and add the sugar.

Mix to a dough with a little milk.

Roll out until quite thin and cut into rounds with a biscuit cutter.

Cook for about 20 minutes in a moderate oven.
