Bake at 350 F for 10 - 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C
Butter two biscuit sheets
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a medium bowl until creamy
Add the egg, beating until just blended
Mix in the dry ingredients and coconut until well blended
Drop tablespoons of the dough 2 inches apart onto the prepared biscuit sheets, pressing down lightly with a fork
Bake for 10 - 15 minutes, or until golden brown, rotating the sheets halfway for even baking
Cool for 15 minutes then transfer to biscuit racks to cool further.
