5 oz plain flour
1 heaped tblsp. cocoa
Pinch of salt
|Preparation||Cream the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg.
Sieve in the dry ingredients to form a stiff dough.
Using a star shaped piper, pipe the mixture in equal lengths onto a greased baking tray.
Bake in a moderate oven (375 F) for 10-15 minutes.
Cool and sandwich together with butter cream.
Dust with icing sugar or dip the ends in chocolate icing.
